The response to these has honestly blown me away ๐
So many of you are craving a space to simply pause for a whileโฆ somewhere to let the brain quiet down, the nervous system soften, and the body fully exhale.
These sessions are not fitness classes.
Theyโre not aerial yoga.
And definitely no om-ing, humming or chanting ๐
Just calming music, guided relaxation, gentle grounding, and the feeling of being safely cocooned while your brain gets a chance to power down for a while.

Sessions will run in very small groups (maximum 4 people) from our private Alexandra Hills studio, with options for:
