This achievement reflects Emily's dedication, perseverance, and commitment to the profession. Reaching this milestone is a testament to her hard work, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate this exciting moment with her.

On Saturday, DASH Architects was honoured to receive a Commendation for Public Architecture at the 2026 South Australian Architecture Awards for Barossa Park.

The Barossa Park Project is a major $45.9 million redevelopment that transformed the former Lyndoch Recreation Park into a premier, multi-use sporting and community precinct in South Australia's Barossa Valley. Jointly funded by the South Australian Government and The Barossa Council, the project was fast-tracked and completed in early 2025 to serve as a brand-new venue for the AFL’s annual Gather Round, the project is a testament to what can be achieved through determination and a shared vision.

We would like to thank and congratulate our Clients the Department for Premier and Cabinet and The Barossa Council for their trust in our team. We would also like to thank our delivery partners Built, IEDM, WGA, Lucid & Landskap as well as a thanks to the SA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects for this recognition.

In Lyndoch, this project marks a new era for sport —DASH Architects ,as part of a wider team, delivered a major regional precinct in just 10 months, bringing football, cricket, netball and tennis together in one place.
Built for community and ready for national competition, the architecture is defined by sculpted roof forms that capture light, sky, and a strong sense of identity.
