Surveying season is now in full swing, Ascot Park C Green overall levels came up 65% better after laser scarifying and a full green laser level

I'm out at the Croquet SA Headquarters this morning to survey their three lawns. I've now have levelling options designed specifically for Croquet lawns

Thanks to everyone who came for a chat at Federation Week. I had all my gear on display for the morning.

End of an era for me. I'm cutting up my first production laser topdressing machine. Although it worked well, it's easier to mark the low areas with my survey machine and then topdress them by hand. I did this all this season and the results were really good.

First test of my new petrol laser scarifier. Didn't go too bad. Heaps of power and the catcher worked perfectly. The laser receiver Didn't love the vibration but I should be able to fix that.

My petrol laser scarifier is finished and ready for testing later in the week. 5hp engine and 600mm wide.

Alford's green came up well last week. We took about 10mm off the highest area with out removing any soil. The high areas of this green seem to be a result of high soil levels and lots of organic matter. This green will be a great candidate for laser scarifying on a regular basis.
