7 months postpartum.
5 weeks into a strength block.
C-section recovery.
And today… 100kg for 6 reps.
Let that sink in.
This isn’t just a deadlift PR, it’s resilience in its rawest form. It’s early mornings, interrupted sleep, rebuilding from scratch, and showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.
There’s no shortcuts after something like a C-section. It takes patience, discipline, and trust in the process. Step by step, week by week, earning strength back the right way.
Proof that progress isn’t about rushing… it’s about consistency.
Couldn’t be prouder watching this unfold. This is what real strength looks like.

“Injuries don’t end progress… quitting does.”
Some days you can’t train as hard as you want.
Tweaks, injuries, life stress, things inside and outside the gym will always get in the way.
But that’s not an excuse to stop.
The people who get the best results aren’t the ones who have perfect training blocks…
They’re the ones who stay consistent when things aren’t perfect.
If you can’t control every variable, adaptability becomes the key.
Today’s session didn’t look the way I planned it, so I made adjustments instead of skipping it.
Here are the changes I made to keep the session productive 👇
- Squats were lighter, slowed the tempo, added a pause and reduced ROM
- RDL’s were replaced with reverse lunges to reduce stress on my back.
- Low Rows were replaced with Lat Pulldowns to reduce stress and add traction to my back.
- Hamstring Curls and sit-ups remained the same
Consistency > perfection.
If injuries or setbacks are stopping your training, send me a message.
There’s always a way to adapt and keep moving forward.

One of the biggest reasons people never see real change…
They don’t stay consistent long enough.
They start training, feel motivated for a few weeks. But the moment life gets busy, motivation fades, or progress slows down… they stop.
Then the cycle starts again.
Real strength and real physical change don’t happen overnight.
They’re built through months and years of consistent effort.
The people who get results aren’t necessarily more talented, more motivated, or working harder.
They simply stick with it long enough for the work to compound.
Show up.
Follow the plan.
Stay consistent.
Give your effort enough time to actually work.
If you’re tired of starting over and want to finally stay consistent with your training, send me a message.
