Two familiar faces behind the Aberdeen Lynx Supporters Club are swapping the rink for 10,000 feet tomorrow, as Tally and Megan on a skydive in aid of CLAN Cancer Support💜

They’re both VERY excited with a few nerves, but they’re taking on the challenge to raise as much money as possible for such an incredible cause.

CLAN does amazing work supporting people and families affected by cancer across the north-east of Scotland, and every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference💜

🏒 ZAC THOMSON RETURNS 🏒

Aberdeen Lynx are delighted to announce the re-signing of talented young forward Zac Thomson for the 2026/27 season!

This will be Zac’s third season with the Lynx senior team. Still only 16 years old, he became the youngest-ever Lynx junior to step up and play senior hockey.

A big presence both on and off the ice, Zac continued to impress last season, recording eight goals and seven assists.

Like many of our juniors who have progressed to senior hockey, Zac also balanced a demanding schedule of U19s hockey alongside his commitments with Scotland—an incredible achievement for such a young player.

We’re delighted to have you back, Zac!

⚠️ Customer Notice: Linx Ice Arena

From Monday the 20th of July, the Linx Ice Arena will close for scheduled maintenance until Sunday the 16th of August.

This essential work will allow us to fully melt down the ice and lay a brand-new rink surface

We’re delighted to welcome Jamie Edmonds back for his fifth season with the Aberdeen Lynx.

Jamie has become a trusted presence on the blue line, bringing commitment, determination and a team-first mentality every time he pulls on the Lynx jersey. A stay-at-home defenceman who always puts the team first, Jamie featured in 38 games last season, contributing 5 goals and 18 assists from the back end.

Jamie has continued to develop year on year, adding greater confidence and maturity to his game.

We’re delighted to have Jamie back for another season and look forward to seeing him continue to play an important role on our blue line.

✍️ LOGAN GORDON RETURNS!

The Aberdeen Lynx are delighted to confirm the return of Logan Gordon for the new season! 🐾

At just 17 years old, Logan is entering his fourth season with the Lynx senior team. One of the brightest young talents to emerge from our junior development programme, he recorded four goals and nine assists last season.

Logan balances his U19 commitments with senior hockey and representing Scotland—an impressive achievement for such a young player.

Lightning-fast and exciting to watch, Logan is a strong defensive presence who can move the puck from end to end with ease. His rapid progression has made him a crucial member of the team.

He may not be one for the limelight, but his performance on the ice speaks for itself.
