One day it’ll happen…
Until that day:
Live
Yesterday at the 15 year anniversary of the DreamA community in Vienna I had a chat with the golden boy on the left.
He told me:
As long as you’re alive - how about you live?
There will be a time where you’ll be me.
How about you live, love and accept more until that time comes?
🙏
Maybe his message resonates with you too…
Sending streams of light to you wherever you are

There is such a beauty in impermanence, yet we are often so afraid of it.
What if something cool waits around the corner? 🙏
Love,
Chris
My good friend taught me the power of perspective - it can be the key to a lot of things. Thx brother!

The Power of Intuition:
I was about to receive a Nuad Thai treatment last Friday.
After the chat with the practitioner he decided to not give me the treatment.
He felt I could benefit more from learning the sun salutation. Oooook.
(The last time I was with him I asked for something to add to my morning routine that supports energy flow.)
So instead of receiving a treatment I spent 1,5hrs repeating the same 6 movements over and over again.
Afterwards I felt pretty good, but this is not the point.
The point is:
Sia trusted his intuition and when he asked me if it is ok that we don’t continue with the treatment after yoga, I knew it was right.
Also, I found some “Amore” to take away.
Take it if you need it.
Give it if you can.
Have a fantastic start into the week!
Much love,
Chris

Maybe you see this pic and go: wtf is this selfie?
Maybe you are judging and comparing. Here’s how to transform comparing into something useful:
What do I mean by that?
Most of us feel drained when they compare themselves with others. We feel like we are not good enough blabla.
Let's shift the perspective and stop comparing for a moment. Start admiring.
That perspective shift was a huge thing for me personally and is one for almost every person I guide.
Why?
- Whenever you admire a quality in a person, you already have that quality within you.
- That person is a mirror for your own untapped potential.
- What happens is that you see yourself in that person.
If you think you can't be like that person, you're most likely overwhelmed by your own power.
But: You know deep down that there is no other way but to tap into that power.
So, for your own sake. Water the seed, be patient and let it grow.
Stop comparing. Start admiring.
Take care,
Chris
P.S.: In my work I hold space for people go inward, tune in with the energy of their untapped potential and inevitably transform outwards. If something resonates and you feel like having a chat, get in touch and let's meet for a virtual coffee - I'll share all my knowledge and wisdom that helped me to start tapping into that power.

You were born with potential.
You were born with goodness and trust.
You were born with ideals and dreams.
You were born with greatness.
You were born with wings.
You are not meant for crawling, so don’t.
You have wings.
Learn to use them and fly.
~Rumi
Yesterday, a coachee had a breakthrough moment. Goosebumps don’t lie. They never do.
The sparkle in the eyes. The energy. The feeling of being alive. The powerful life force within. 🚀
If you ask me what happened, I can tell you thought based stuff. But truth is, that insight comes from another place.
That’s the power of the present moment.
Use it to remind yourself that you have wings. Use them, because you were not meant for crawling.
If you feel you want a guide to hold space, challenge your thinking and help you find the answers that are already inside - send me a DM 🤗🙏

I learned in 2020:
I am you.
You are me.
It clicked when I was going inward on 14days of silence.
There are so many things I believe I am.
I am a coach by nature.
I am judging.
I am seeing things many don’t.
I am nobody.
I am a trainer.
I am a hero.
I am my shadow.
I am doubt.
I am fear.
I am a lie.
I am the dark.
I am a light.
I am a night.
I am a tear.
I am suppressing.
I am releasing.
I am Beachvolleyball.
I am hobby physiotherapist.
I am a man.
I am humble.
I am egoistic.
I am talking a lot.
I am caring.
I am proud.
I am an athlete.
I am not having a clue what’s going on.
I am a son.
I am a brother.
I am an explorer.
I am afraid.
I am optimistic.
I am love.
I am funny.
I am curious.
I am a breath.
I am all of that and none of the above.
Thx to my beloved sister for inspiring me to share this post.

How often do you have your phone on the table when you’re having a meal?
You can ask yourself:
What purpose does it serve?
Chances are, it is only because of habit. I just finished dinner and catched myself putting the phone on the table before I started.
Then I reminded me of the rule I once read:
Mealtime is mealtime.
I added: And me-time.
It is a matter of priorities. And setting boundaries.
It’s not that we don’t have time. It is that we don’t make time. If we are not able to do that, it is a great opportunity to look deeply. if you do, please do with loving kindness towards yourself. No one is perfect.
When it comes to food, I really think it is worth taking the time. First, it just tastes so much better 🚀
Also, eating and doing stuff at the same time have a significant impact on your nervous system, which badly affects your digestion, sleep etc. check out my trusted experts like and for biohacking.
What’s your take on that? 🙌🏻
