✨ ANGELS WATCHING OVER ME*✨

This is a beautiful chant from Gospel tradition that I learned through Flor, a Waldorf teacher from Argentina.

I understand, “my Lord” as the Divine that exists in everyone and everything, the pure source.

And “angels” as the people who support, guide and care for us including those who are no longer physically here, but whose love continues to live within us. 🤍

I love bringing this chant into my classes as a simple way to gather children into a circle, settle, listen and connect.

We can use clapping, stomping or a simple rhythm as a signal instead of calling everyone with our voice. The rhythm becomes the invitation. 👏🏽👣

After repeating it a few times, they quickly learn the chant and can eventually sing it together, even creating a beautiful canon (singing in circles). You can check my version of this chant on my Spotify account 🎶

This is an extract from a visit to a school in Tamil Nadu, India with my dear friend Shankar where I did an offering for its teachers 🤍

This post comes at just the right time to honour and celebrate teachers 🌼

September 5th was Teacher’s Day in India 🇮🇳and this Friday, September 11th, is *🥲Teacher’s Day in Argentina and also my birthday!🎂🇦🇷

So… meant to be, right? 😉✨

These are the simple practices I love sharing with educators: voice, music, movement, breath, presence, self-care and wellbeing for ourselves and our students.

New batch for educators starting this weekend.

DM me if you’d like to join a Joy, Self Care & Wellbeing journey. 💛

🌊Water, the muse. Nature, my muse🏝️

Virgo season has begun, and as a good Virgo I’ve been working a lot l, which, honestly, I love. 😄 Working harmonizes me, motivates me and gives me focus.

I’m enjoying putting together ideas, what life presents me with and right now a lot of energy is going to my projects, planning ahead, staying healthy, organizing my next steps…while also leaving space for spontaneity and presence.

I feel this is a very particular time in my life, integrating my path as a yoga teacher, language teacher, and movement and voice facilitator, together with everything I’ve learned and experienced in India and the other experiences life has brought me.

So I find myself bringing all these parts together and giving them new shapes, while continuing to learn and discover.

Nature is very much part of my routine. Being near water, swimming, moving, being outdoor…it all helps me feel grounded and connected.

Today I felt drawn to go to the beach for the sunset, and I brought the watercolors I bought in India, inspired by dear friend Kanika.

I wanted to paint a woman’s silhouette that represented me in the water. I found one online, copied it, and then simply played with the blue watercolors.

I enjoyed it so much. I love their relaxing effect playing with water and different intensities of color, without worrying about technique or “drawing well.”
And for this one, I used seawater. 🌊💙

Afterwards, I went to a yummy vegan restaurant nearby. It enjoyed having a little date with myself. 🤍

Doing something different, exploring and allowing ourselves to experience things in new ways can be so refreshing and necessary. Just like life, which is never the same.

This is also what I love bringing into my work: spaces to explore, reconnect, move, breathe, use our voices and movement to discover new possibilities.

This Sunday there a ✨ FREE MASTERCLASS — Joy, Self-Care & Wellbeing for Educators
Come and have a taste of my program and if you resonate with it you can be part of the new four week batch.

💌 Already been part of my programs? DM HABIT to join the Habit Builder sessions to keep practising together.
Would love to have you there!

I release control and surrender to the flow of love that will heal me.✨

Suelto el control y me rindo al amor, al amor que me sanará. ✨

This chant by Alexa Sunshine Rose came to me this morning during a one-to-one session.

My life and my sessions motto is: plan for the unpredictable. I had another chant in mind for today’s session, but this one arrived instead. And it felt deeply meaningful and powerful.

There are so many mixed feelings these days, for so many of us, and for so many different reasons. And perhaps this eclipse and full moon energy is also adding to it. 🌕✨

But music is always there for any time, any circumstance to accompany us, unite us, elevate us, and soothe our being.

This chant feels like a lullaby to me.
I’m excited to keep sharing more of the lullabies that have been with me for years…

Singing it together with my session participant today was such a deep and beautiful experience for both of us. At the end, we looked at each other and said, “I wish we had recorded that.”

And yet, somehow, it was so powerful to be so present in that moment that, even though I wanted to keep it, we didn’t regret not recording it. We had enjoyed the magic of simply being there.

Some moments are magical because they happen only once, exactly as they are meant to. They stay in the body, in the heart, in the memory.
The chant stayed with me.

I kept singing it afterwards, and I feel like I want to keep singing it for a while. So I recorded this raw, improvised version. And while I was singing, I felt called to sing it in Spanish too, creating my own version.

I also felt a strong call to share it here, even though a part of me was thinking, I could have done it better. More professional, with harmonies and so on…But then I thought: just surrender to the experience.

To the beauty of imperfection which, by the way, is a very good practice for a Virgo. 😉♍️

🪔 Three Intentions 🪔

Love in my heart,
Peace in my mind,
Health in my body,
Harmony all around.✨

“3 Intentions” is a simple chant I created some years ago, almost like a little prayer, a simple way to reconnect with ourselves and activate the qualities we want to cultivate within.

🌊These days, as I, like many of us, move through so much news and navigate different emotions, this chant came back to me.

I’ve been using it to begin and close my classes, and today, singing it again brought back a beautiful memory of the teenagers I had the chance to spend time with in Bir supporting them through English, voice, songs and creative tools to connect with themselves.

These intentions can be more than words.

When we “feel”them in our bodies, and give them breath, voice and movement, they become more embodied. And when we cultivate love, peace, health and harmony within ourselves, we can begin to carry those qualities into the world around us.

Even when things don’t seem easy, these words can create a little space for hope.

✨Love in my heart.
✨Peace in my mind.
✨Health in my body.
=
Harmony all around.

🙏🏼May we remember that what we nurture within ourselves can also become something we spread around us. May we plan actions that move us into those results. 💫

🎶 You can find “Three Intentions”on Spotify, as part of my album “Simple Chants to Connect Daily” created as a companion to the practices I share in my programs.

We are the result of our habits.

Our wellbeing is shaped by the small, repeated choices we make every day.

But creating new habits isn’t always easy. It means becoming aware of unconscious patterns, procrastination, self-sabotage, old ways of responding, and patterns we may have developed throughout our lives or inherited through generations.

I’m still learning too. I keep learning from other teachers, my students, my own experiences, and from observing myself.

When I notice myself complaining too much or procrastinating something I truly want to do, I try not to overanalyze it. I simply bring the practice into my routine:
Make the space. Show up. Repeat. Go for it.
Because “someday” may never come. Starting somehow is the key.

REPETITION CREATES FREEDOM.

In my experience with teachers and children, repeating chants doesn’t make us tired. Quite the opposite. Once we know them, we feel more energized, connected, and excited to bring them into our spaces.

Repetition allows something to become part of us. 💛
And this is why I created Habit Builder, A Weekly Practice:

a space for those who have already experienced these practices through a session, workshop, or retreat and now want to bring them more consistently into daily life.

🌿 Movement
🎶 Voice & chants
🌬️ Breath & relaxation
💛 Self-awareness
✨ Joy & wellbeing

One hour a week to practice, repeat, embody, and make these tools part of your life.

And we don’t have to do it alone. The support of a group makes the journey warmer, more joyful, and easier to sustain. We encourage each other, share, celebrate small steps, and create commitment and belonging.

✨Already joined one of my programs?

✨New here? You’re warmly invited to experience my Joy, Self-Care & Wellbeing for Educators Masterclass and get a taste of the new 4-session program starting in September.

The power of Singing & Dancing circles ✨

There is something powerful about coming into a circle.
A few days ago, I was talking with my mom about a beautiful experience we shared in 2012, when we travelled together to a very special gathering in Córdoba, Argentina.

It was our first time travelling such a long distance by train, and we absolutely loved it. The journey itself became part of the adventure, and sharing that experience together made it even more special.

It was a gathering centred around connecting with the nurturing, feminine energy. Although it was called a women’s festival, it was open to everyone.

There were many beautiful facilitators, including Abuela Margarita from Mexico (she is in one of the pics) someone who really touched my life and my mom’s. Many of us were deeply moved by her simple, ancient ways of honouring life. Her influence has stayed with me and is still present in my work today.

There were so many different practices, songs and ways of coming together.

I remember the landscape, the water, the energy of that place… and especially the beautiful circle dances of the world we shared.

On one of those days, we women created a huge singing spiral.

As we sang, all the men who were part of the gathering slowly approached the spiral and began entering it, one by one, facing the women as they walked and sang along with us.

We were all singing the same song, moving together and looking into one another’s eyes.

✨The Art of Pausing & Relaxing ✨

Just as silence is part of music, pausing is part of movement.

As educators and facilitators, we are constantly thinking about our next class, how to improve, how to offer a better experience for our students, how to respond to their needs… and, when working with children, also thinking about parents and everything around them.

It can be easy to forget to pause ourselves.
But quality self-care and relaxation are not an extra. They are an essential part of being able to continue creating, offering and caring for others.

When we truly relax, the body has space to restore and regenerate. The mind can rest, become more open, and make space for new ideas and perspectives.
This is why pausing and relaxation are a central part of my sessions.

We explore different practices that you can experience during the sessions and also take with you into your everyday life, so you can practice on your own and bring the benefits of relaxation and self-care into your classes and the way you facilitate.

🌱 NEW BATCH. We start in septmber for educators & facilitators

A 4-week space to explore practical tools for self-care, wellbeing, creativity and connection through movement, voice, breath, relaxation and other embodied practices.

A space not only to learn what we can offer others, but also to experience it ourselves.

🌿 ALREADY BEEN IN MY PROGRAMS?

You’re warmly invited to join the HABIT BUILDER CIRCLE.

Because sometimes a beautiful experience is not enough. We need space, repetition and support to make a practice part of our actual lives rather than something we experienced once, loved, and then slowly forgot.

The Weekly Circle is a space to keep practicing, integrating and making these tools a real part of your everyday life, so they can continue supporting you personally and professionally.

Come practice. Come pause. Come make it part of your life. 💛

Thank You India💛🇮🇳

Yesterday, it was India’s Birthday and I could not help traveling through so many colorful memories and feelings about its people, music, dance, food, stories, dressings, languages, abundance, generosity, intensity, peace, unity. I found a home that travels with me since I found you in Yoga when I was a teen and I am grateful for having followed the synchronicities that keep bringing me back to you.

India Ma keeps nurturing, inspiring me and embracing my soul in the happiest, neutral and saddest moments.

India keeps teaching me about the depths and all the faces of love.

India makes me sing, dance, laugh, cry and keep learning about myself through others.

Thank you India for being always such a warm home and receiving me with so much love and care, for your openness for learning from each other. I first came for a yoga training in 2015, and to my awe and found and keep finding treasures that are shaping my beingness daily.

In every corner of this land there’s always a smile, someone offering food, help, music playing and beauty in unique different forms.

Shukriya my love for being such a school for my life.
Keep shining ✨
