Today we celebrate the 3rd anniversary of our outlet at , JVC.

Over the past three years, so much has happened. We have grown from a handful of stores to 11 outlets across the UAE, with our 12th outlet at Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi opening in just a few weeks.

While we celebrate the growth, this milestone is really about the people behind the brand. A concept is just an idea — it is the passion, dedication, and hard work of our team that brings it to life every day.

I am honoured to share that I have been appointed as an Advisory Board Member to the University of Sharjah – Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics for a period of two years.

After many years as an entrepreneur, building and scaling businesses across the food, nutrition, and manufacturing ecosystem, it is deeply fulfilling to give back to the academic side of our industry — helping bridge academic theory with real-life commercial experience.

Beyond knowledge transfer, I strongly believe we have a responsibility to help the next generation translate what they learn in universities and books into real-world applications — turning ideas into interesting, viable, and responsible business environments. By nurturing commercial thinking alongside scientific excellence, we can help students become more commercially savvy, industry-ready, and highly employable, while still grounded in ethics and evidence-based practice.

I look forward to sharing my experiences, learning alongside the faculty, and contributing to the development of young talent who will shape the future of nutrition, health, and food systems.
