You don’t have 5kg to lose. You probably have a lot more fat to lose than that.
On almost every consultation call, people think they just need to drop five or six kilos.
Once we get into the real numbers, there’s usually way more fat to come off than expected because people overestimate their muscle mass and underestimate their fat mass.
That’s usually where the resistance shows up too.
People get attached to the scale number, and that number moves the moment real fat comes off.
But the scale on its own tells you almost nothing about how your physique is actually changing.
Stop tracking the number. Start tracking the composition.

Client feedback!
Your program should fit your life , but it can’t be 100% aligned with everything you’re already doing.
Because if your current habits were already getting you the result you want… you probably wouldn’t need the program in the first place.
The goal isn’t to completely turn your life upside down.
It’s to identify what needs changing, keep what’s working, and build a routine you can actually stick to.
Sustainable doesn’t mean zero change.

Gaining phase week 18 âś…
I keep seeing ads and DMs promising to help you “tone” your muscles. That’s not something your muscle can actually do.
Muscle grows, or it doesn’t. What people call a toned look is just visible muscle sitting under a lower body fat percentage. Build enough muscle, bring your body fat down, that’s it.
High reps with light weight isn’t a secret toning method. It’s just less overload, which means less of a reason for the muscle to grow.
If you want that look, the muscle still has to be built the same way any muscle is built tension, effort, progressive overload over time.
The fat loss part is separate, and it comes down to your calories and your consistency.
Build the muscle properly. Lose the fat properly. There’s no shortcut called toning.
Poor gut health and digestion can prevent nutrient absorption, stalling muscle growth and performance. Before adjusting calories or workout volume, you should check your stool for signs of digestive issues like greasiness or wateriness, as this indicates nutrients aren’t being absorbed properly.
