Hamza Ali completed his FIRST ever HYROX race, he trained and was committed for 12 weeks with us and before that he couldnt even run, now he was able to complete a full race SOLO, great job Hamza, you smashed it! 🔥🏆

Muhammad Irtiza Ali Awan also smashed his FIRST ever HYROX race and showed us what 8 weeks of consistent training does. Irtiza learned something that we would love to share: “Sometimes it's not about how strong you feel. It's about finding a way to keep moving when you feel like you have nothing left” 🏆

Seeing LFG represented all the way in Bangkok and watching you both put the work we do every week into action is what it’s all about ❤️

HUGE shoutout to Khaled for completing HYROX Istanbul course 🏅🔥🔥

Six months ago, Khaled walked into his first LFG Bootcamp. He had no idea it would lead him HERE 🏆

One Sunday Bootcamp at a time, he challenged himself then decided to sign up for HYROX Istanbul. Battling through an injury that could’ve stopped him, he still managed to take on the APEX Games solo, and despite every reason to doubt himself, had the courage to step onto the HYROX start line solo, crossing the finish line of his very first HYROX🏆
