For us, gymnastics has never been only about performing impressive skills.

It’s about real body control. Learning how to move, becoming stronger and more capable, challenging yourself - and having fun while doing it.

Over the years, we’ve built a community around the idea that gymnastics doesn’t have to end with childhood. You can start as an adult. You can learn. You can progress. And you can experience the feeling of mastering your own body alongside people doing exactly the same.

Hundreds of people later, it still feels like we’re only getting started.

Tuck downs, tuck ups, straddle variations and other shapes require a completely different level of body awareness.

In this drill, we place our adjustable box behind the forearms to give just enough support while allowing the rest of the body to move freely.

The goal is to lower into the tuck under control, understand how the hips need to move, then extend back into the handstand and squeeze the glutes as soon as you reach the top - without losing your line or balance.

This is where the boxes become useful beyond simply learning your first freestanding handstand.

They allow us to progressively explore more difficult movements while still having a reference point and support when needed.

Less guessing. More quality repetitions.

And over time: more awareness, more endurance, more control and ultimately more freedom upside down.
