Quinoa Tabouleh: We’ve created a fresh, modern take on the beloved classic. By replacing traditional burghul with organic quinoa and adding crisp radishes for an unexpected pop of color and crunch, this salad is the ultimate refreshing summer side.
Stuffed Baby Eggplant by Chef Lama: We are honored to bring you a classic Levantine favorite reimagined through the culinary artistry of Chef Lama Gharaibeh. Infused with her signature flavors, this deeply savory, comforting dish is an absolute must-try for eggplant lovers.
Sumac Signature Shrimp Tacos: You asked, and we listened! We are expanding our famous taco selection with a zesty seafood twist. Packed with succulent shrimp and paired perfectly with our homemade salsa, these are bound to be your new summer favorite.
Apple Crumble: To wrap things up, we are sharing one of my personal, all-time favorite desserts. There is nothing quite like the comfort of warm, spiced baked apples topped with a golden, crisp crumble made from organic oats and fresh apples. It’s a hug in a bowl.

This May, three dishes stole the show: our zesty Chicken Potato in Lemon Garlic Sauce, the hearty and classic Dawood Basha, and of course, the famous Ma’amoul Sitti made with dates and wheat.
