Who is the person who keeps everything running in your workplace, but rarely gets the credit?
You know the one.
They're constantly following up, making sure information gets where it needs to go, checking on progress, reminding people of deadlines, and quietly solving problems before they become everyone else's problem.
What is interesting is that they often are not the manager.
They don't always have the title.
And they may not even be the person making the decisions.
Yet somehow, when they're away for a day or two, everyone suddenly realizes just how much they do.
I've noticed that some of the most valuable people in any project are not necessarily the ones leading from the front. They are the ones creating behind-the-scenes visibility, keeping communication flowing, connecting the moving pieces, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
Their work is easy to overlook because it is done well. Everything appears to be running smoothly.
But smooth operations don't happen by accident.
They happen because someone is paying attention.

Everything I need already exists.
By faith I lay hold on them.

I am genuinely tired of hearing all sorts of dirty, careless things simply because someone has a mic in front of them.
This message is not for everyone. It’s for purpose-driven individuals who understand that one day, they will give an account of every resource placed in their hands; and that includes their platforms, voices, and influence.
So please, as you build and use your platform, be intentional about creating positive impact with it. Don’t fall into the temptation of oversharing or constantly pushing content that adds no real value to society.
Yes, one man’s food can be another man’s poison. But there are things we all know are toxic, degrading, and harmful to everyone involved. We should have the wisdom and discipline to stay away from them.
Not everything that gets attention deserves amplification.
Not everything that trends deserves a microphone.
Your voice is powerful. Use it responsibly.
