For context, two people climbed the Empire State Building to get engaged…
We know what their flag said but if I was to climb it, this is what my flag would say 🔝
Because every week we speak to women who have been told to ⬇️
• Eat as little as possible
• Cut out entire food groups
• Ignore their hormones
• Train harder when they’re already exhausted
• “Just be more disciplined”
Women deserve better.
Your health, hormones, fertility, recovery, menopause, confidence and relationship with food should never be left in the hands of someone whose only qualification is getting themselves in shape. 🤷🏻♀️
Online coaching has changed thousands of lives for the better.
But the reality is, anyone can wake up tomorrow and call themselves a coach.
That’s a problem.

Look at those arms on EMC superstar Zoe! 🔥💪🏼
I’ve been coaching Zoe for the past few months, and it’s been so much fun getting her ready for ’s The Circus tour! 🎪
Zoe has worked incredibly hard. Even though I’ve pushed her well outside her comfort zone, especially after her hip replacement 5 years ago & switching her training slightly, she’s embraced every challenge and absolutely smashed it.
We’ve dialled back the high-intensity training (a little, can’t get her too far away from the spin bike!) and placed a much bigger focus on strength training. 🏋🏻♀️
We’ve also prioritised hitting her protein target, making sure every meal supports not only performance but also recovery. ✅
With such a demanding schedule, it was important that her plan was realistic, manageable, and easy to stick to and that’s exactly what we’ve done. 👏🏻
In such a short space of time, the difference has been incredible. Zoe is feeling stronger than ever, her physique has changed massively from these simple tweaks… and just look at those arms! 💥
I’m genuinely honoured to coach someone like Zoe. She gives 100% to everything she does, trusts the process, and the results speak for themselves. So proud of you!
Let’s keep this up now! 🚀

A typical week in the life. 💁🏻♀️
Lots of coffee, lots of training, lots of burger bowls, hours at the laptop & a little bit of switch off time at the weekend. ☕️ 💻 ☀️ 🍔
All on repeat, same time, every day. ✅
Now all set for a busy first half of the week before heading off to the sandpit for a while. 🇦🇪 & finally getting my hands on the hubby. 🥹

Buying new clothes.
Being excited by your new routine.
It’s nailing & enjoying these kind of wins that make scale weight & physical changes almost seamless!
Wins like these happen every single day within EMC.
So to the next person I speak to who says ‘I’m nervous I’ll fail”….. we literally WON’T let you! Simple as that.
