My Coaching System 🎾

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what a coach should be today.
And I realized one important thing — a coach doesn’t create identical players. A coach helps each player become the best version of themselves.

I don’t believe that strictness alone creates results.
I believe in respect, understanding, and finding the right approach.

Children today are growing up in a different world.
They process information differently, feel differently, think differently, and learn differently.
And a coach’s role is not simply to explain what is right.
It is to find the words that each player understands.

Because one player learns through explanation.
Another through feeling.
A third one learns when they see it and try it themselves.

My system is simple:

Explain — using simple words the player understands.
Demonstrate — so they can see the movement and feel the idea.
Practice together — walk the journey beside them, not above them.

I don’t want to force players into one method.
I want to help each player find their own comfortable path within proper technique.

For me, a coach is not someone who only demands.
A coach is someone who sees, supports, guides, and helps a player believe in themselves.

Because great results don’t begin with fear of making mistakes.
They begin with the courage to try one more time 🤍🎾

I don’t need to prove my worth through success.

I am valuable exactly as I am, right now.

And my projects are not proof of my significance — they are an expression of who I am.
