Almost done with our 3rd day of performance week!!
The main focus today was on ( Olympic Squat & Supported BB Row )
Tomorrow we will have our last day of conditioning test ( R1DGE ) don’t miss it out 🔥
Finally, we end the week with our last strength test on Friday and the main focus will be on the ( Hex Deadlift & BB Shoulder Press )
