Every summer I see the same thing ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
Someone steps on the scale and suddenly theyโre four or five kilograms heavier than they were two weeks ago.
Panic follows almost instantly. Calories get cut. Cardio increases. The body becomes the enemy.
But hereโs the problem ๐๐ป
In most cases, the scale is telling only part of the story.
Summer in the UAE places the body under a unique combination of stress. Extreme heat, constant transitions between outdoor temperatures and aggressive air conditioning, reduced daily movement, disrupted sleep, dehydration, and fluid retention can all change how your body feels and how your weight fluctuates.
None of this automatically means youโve gained body fat.
Yet many women respond by eating less and training harder. Sometimes that only increases the stress their body is already trying to manage.
Before trying to fix your body, understand what itโs responding to.
Knowledge almost always leads to better decisions than panic.
Real transformation doesnโt start with punishment. It starts with understanding.
Message me โSUMMERโ.
Letโs figure out what your body is actually responding to.

JULY IS HERE โ
Letโs celebrate the remarkable women who built their own Empires, and just happen to be born in July.
From Princess Diana to Arianna Huffington.
From Frida Kahlo to Selena Gomez.
Women who built influence.
Businesses.
Ideas.
Legacies.
And apparently, July 10 has a thing for women who love building things. ๐
Happy Cancer season!

I love stories that stay with me long after the credits roll.
Not because of the plot, and not because of the acting. But because they quietly reveal something uncomfortable about human nature.
Recently, I noticed that three completely different stories kept asking the same question:
Nine Perfect Strangers.
Guru.
The Shrink Next Door.
Different characters, different worlds, but the exact same pattern.
Someone is searching for healing.
Someone is searching for answers.
Someone is searching for a better version of themselves.
And somewhere along the way, they start believing that another person holds the key.
Maybe thatโs why these stories feel so familiar.
Most of us have done it at some point.
We look for the perfect coach, the perfect diet, the perfect system, the perfect answer.
We hope that someone else will finally tell us what to do.
But the stories that change us rarely give us answers.
They give us better questions.
And sometimes the most important one is:
Why am I so willing to believe that someone else knows me better than I know myself?
I know exactly what wellness is.
And thatโs why itโs hard to watch what itโs being turned into right now.
Every year, the industry finds a new trend, a new method, a new promise.
The packaging changes.
The promise stays the same.
Someone else has the answer.
Someone else has the system.
Someone else can finally fix what feels broken.
And people keep investing their time, money, energy and hope into that promise.
Real wellness was never meant to make you dependent on a person, a method or a trend.
It was meant to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself. ๐ซถ๐ป

For years, women have been told that the answer is simple: ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐.
So they eat less, do more cardio, celebrate every kilogram lost and feel guilty whenever the number on the scale goes up.
But ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ and ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต are not the same thing.
Two women can weigh exactly the same and have completely different experiences in their bodies. One feels strong, energetic and capable. The other feels tired, struggles with recovery and feels frustrated that her body isnโt responding the way she wants it to.
Very often, the difference isnโt body weight.
Itโs ๐บ๐๐๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ.
Muscle affects far more than appearance. It influences how you move, how you recover and how you age.
Yet many women spend years focusing only on ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐น๐ผ๐๐ without realizing theyโre also losing muscle along the way.
The goal was never to become as small as possible.
The goal is to build a ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ that supports the life you want to live.
And ironically, when women stop obsessing over getting smaller and start focusing on getting stronger, ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป often improves too.

Modern women spend so much time trying to โfixโ their lifestyle.
Cook more. Order less. Track everything. Start over on Monday. Be healthier. Be more disciplined. Do better this time.
Meanwhile, life keeps moving: work, kids, meetings, traffic, exhaustion, late nightsโฆ and zero energy left.
So the cycle repeats itself again and again.
Not because women are lazy.
Because most people were never taught how to build a system they can actually live with.
And eventually, constantly starting over becomes its own kind of exhaustion.
