🔥When the Lights Were Brightest, Champions Rose🔥

🏆ADFBC Season 61 Masters Finals

There are no second chances in the Masters.

After six grueling qualifying games, only the top four bowlers in each division remained. Every strike carried the weight of a season. Every spare meant survival. One bad frame could end months of hard work, while one perfect shot could create a champion.

On Finals Match, seeding offered no guarantees—only opportunity.

➡️ Seeded Division – The Fall of the Favorites

The opening matches sent shockwaves through the center.

Fourth seed Tristan Mananghaya stunned top qualifier Mohamed Al Mulla, proving that the Masters stage favors fearless bowling over reputation. On the other pair, third seed Mig Andres dismantled second seed Rashed Almarzooqi, eliminating another favorite before the championship match had even begun.

What followed was a battle between two underdogs who refused to believe their journey was over.

With every frame, Mig looked more composed. While the pressure mounted, he stayed locked in, delivering the shots that mattered most. Tristan fought to keep pace, but Mig never relinquished control, closing out a convincing 195–156 victory.

From the third seed to the top of the podium, Mig Andres completed a remarkable championship run.

➡️ Graded Division – One Shot for Glory

If the Seeded Division delivered surprises, the Graded Division delivered unforgettable drama.

Top seed Zaki Guinomla survived his semifinal against Nathan Ducado, while Dave Gomez battled past Allan Garcia to earn his shot at the title.

The championship match became the defining moment of the Masters.

Neither bowler blinked. Every strike was answered. Every spare matched. After ten pressure-filled frames, the scoreboard couldn’t separate them.

185–185.

A season would now be decided by a single roll.

Zaki stepped up first and knocked down seven pins. The door was open.

Dave took a deep breath, settled into his approach, and released the biggest shot of his season.

Strike.

One ball. Ten pins. One unforgettable championship.

With ice in his veins, Dave Gomez turned a deadlock into triumph, capturing the Graded Masters title in the most dramatic finish of Season 61.

➡️ Novice Division – The Cinderella Run

The Novice Division reminded everyone why seeding means little once match play begins.

Fourth seed Uno Tabaco pulled off the upset over top qualifier Yaris Mananghaya, while Cyrus Edades eliminated second seed Jan Paul Pischel to set up an unlikely championship showdown.

But once the title match began, Cyrus left little doubt.

Frame after frame, he built momentum while Uno searched for answers. With confident ex*****on and relentless consistency, Cyrus pulled away to secure a 170–142 victory.

A brilliant run from the third seed ended with the Novice Masters crown.

➡️ Ladies Division – The Champion Who Never Flinched

While chaos unfolded across the other divisions, the Ladies Division belonged to the tournament’s top seed.

Joylyn Sta. Barbara handled Anne Pelagio in the semifinals, while Beth Garcia advanced by defeating Ivanne Deluvio, setting the stage for a battle between the tournament’s two highest-ranked bowlers.

The championship match showcased why Joylyn entered the finals as the favorite.

Calm. Confident. Clinical.

She controlled the pace from the opening frame and never allowed Beth to gain momentum, finishing with a commanding 187–127 victory.

In a day filled with upsets, Joylyn stood tall, proving that sometimes the favorite embraces the pressure and finishes the job.

The ADFBC Season 61 Masters Finals had everything that defines championship bowling—stunning upsets, fearless performances, and moments where a single shot changed everything.

When the pressure reached its highest point, four bowlers answered the call.

Mig Andres. Dave Gomez. Cyrus Edades. Joylyn Sta. Barbara.

Different journeys. Different stories.

One unforgettable destination.

ADFBC Season 61 Championship Finals — The Hunt Ends in Glory

The finals exploded onto the stage like a thunderclap, with every team chasing the same impossible prize. By day’s end, only one would be left standing under the brightest lights.

Every team arrived with the same mission. Only one would finish with the crown.

The opening matches set the tone immediately. Turkey Hunters survived a relentless Striking Mickeys squad, 969–947, with Rania leading the charge and the entire lineup answering every pressure shot when the frames tightened. On the other side, DPWH barely held off BowlAdix in a heart-pounding 982–970 thriller, proving they had the grit to survive a championship war.

The Winners Bracket Final turned into a declaration.

With a Grand Finals berth on the line, Turkey Hunters never blinked. Rania delivered another clutch performance with a solid 203 score, and the rest of the squad kept the momentum rolling at every turn as they toppled DPWH, 943–886, storming into the championship unbeaten and carrying the prized twice-to-beat advantage.

Behind them, the path turned savage.

One loss meant elimination.

BowlAdix refused to let their season end quietly. Staring down the brink, they surged back with urgency and edge, outlasting Striking Mickeys, 944–928. Karen’s electric 222 sparked the rally, Bob added a vital 200, and BowlAdix clawed their way forward while Striking Mickeys bowed out after a fearless and inspiring run.

But the biggest test was still waiting.

DPWH stood between BowlAdix and the Finals.

What followed was pure fire.

Every bowler stepped up. Bob stayed locked in. Karen kept the pressure on. Tristan delivered in the clutch. Yaris kept the momentum surging. Then Shean slammed the door with a huge 211 as BowlAdix erupted for a tournament-best 987, overwhelming DPWH 987–848 and completing a stunning escape from elimination to the Grand Finals.

Waiting for them was a team that had not tasted defeat.

Turkey Hunters.

One last battle.

One championship.

BowlAdix came out swinging, but the gritty young guns know how to answer when the moment gets loud. Rania once again seized the spotlight with a brilliant 224. Gene cracked the 200 barrier, Nathan and Yaseen came through with timely strikes, and the Hunters never let the pressure shake their grip on the match.

Final score: 979–936.

No second chance.

No comeback.

No doubt.

After an unbeaten march through the Championship Finals, Turkey Hunters finished the hunt and carved their name into ADFBC history as the Season 61 Champions.

🔥 PLAY-IN ROUND COMPLETE: TWO TEAMS PUNCH THEIR TICKETS TO THE FINALS! 🔥

What a day of bowling it was at the ADFBC S61 Play-in Round! Eight determined teams entered the lanes with one goal in mind — to keep their championship dreams alive. But by day's end, only two teams remained standing.

🎳 MATCH 1 – SURVIVE AND ADVANCE

The opening round featured four cross-group battles in a two-game total pinfall format, where every frame mattered.

🏆 Turkey Hunters proved too strong for AUHDXB Pinpals, taking both games (1050–995 and 939–919) to comfortably secure their place in the next round.

🏆 DPWH showcased consistency against Beautederm, claiming victories in both games (872–832 and 889–866) to advance.

🏆 Strikes & Spares overcame Homecourt Cafe and Restaurant in a thrilling contest. After dropping the opening game by just 20 pins (936–956), Strikes & Spares responded with an impressive 1004–960 performance in Game 2 to capture the series.

🏆 Pocket Pounders delivered a composed performance against Allianze V2.0, winning both games (933–919 and 938–910) to complete the Final Four.

With four teams remaining, the battle intensified.

⚔️ MATCH 2 – WIN OR GO HOME

The format shifted to a best-of-three showdown, where only the winners would earn a coveted place in next week's Championship Finals.

🎯 Turkey Hunters vs Pocket Pounders

The opening game went to Pocket Pounders, edging out Turkey Hunters 933–925 and moving within one win of the Finals.

But champions are often defined by their response to adversity.

Turkey Hunters answered back in a nail-biting Game 2, escaping with an 893–891 victory to force a deciding game. With everything on the line, they delivered their best when it mattered most, claiming Game 3 by 956–906 to complete a remarkable comeback and book their place in the Final Round.

Pocket Pounders conclude their campaign with a commendable 5th Runner-up finish.

🎯 Strikes & Spares vs DPWH

DPWH came out firing in Game 1 with the highest game of the Play-in Round, overpowering Strikes & Spares 1049–929.

Strikes & Spares refused to go quietly, bouncing back in Game 2 with a hard-fought 913–900 victory to even the match.

With the Finals on the line, DPWH once again rose to the occasion. Another outstanding performance in the deciding game (1021–925) secured the match and their place in the Championship Finals.

Strikes & Spares finish the tournament as 4th Runner-up after a determined performance.

🏆 THE CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL IS SET!

Joining the two Play-in Round survivors,

🔥 Turkey Hunters
🔥 DPWH
