This was good fun but perhaps too close at times…. Common Terns breeding at Old Hall Marshes RSPB today and I was being dive bombed at by an adult. This was along a public footpath along the outside of the reserve so I was some distance from their nests and bird clearly they didn’t like me being there. Do I need to change my aftershave…..

This was sensational🔥🔥🔥 Old Hall Marshes RSPB and its exploding with young waders❤️ Loads of Eurasian Oystercatchers (western types), Common Redshanks, Northern Lapwing and Pied Avocet. Just brimming with life. Lovely
