They said it gets harder to change your body as you get older. They forgot to mention it also gets more rewarding. Showing up for myself especially every time when I don’t feel like doing it. 💪

Confused about WHEN to drink your protein shake? Let’s clear this up.😉

Here’s the simple truth…it doesn’t matter as much as you think. What actually matters is hitting your protein goal for the whole day.
Think of it like this , if your daily protein goal is a bucket you need to fill, it doesn’t matter if you fill it fast or slow. What matters is that it gets filled by the end of the day. 🪣
BUT ….if you’re working out, having a shake within 1-2 hours after is a great, easy option. Especially if you’re not going to eat a real meal for a while.

My go-to shake right now 👇
🫐 Mixed berries
🥛 Protein powder( chocolate is my favourite )
🥛 Milk
🧊 Ice
Takes 30 seconds to make. No excuses!
So relax about finding the “perfect time.” Just focus on hitting your protein number every day because that’s what actually builds muscle. 💪

It’s Tuesday and I’m actually eating well tonight because of Sunday me 🤗.

When work gets busy, this is one of my favorite meal preps. Having healthy food ready means I’m much less likely to grab fast food or snack on whatever is easiest when I get home tired.

Today’s meal prep:
🥩 Chicken breast marinated for a few hours in:
• Greek yogurt
• Dijon mustard
• A splash of apple cider vinegar
• Salt & black pepper

I sliced the chicken into strips before marinating, then baked it until golden and juicy.

Served with:
🍠 Sweet potato
🥦 Roasted broccoli & asparagus

Meal prep isn’t about perfection , it’s about making healthy choices the easy choice. A couple of hours in the kitchen can save you from days of poor food decisions when life gets hectic. And by the way this food looks simple but delicious . 🤤
